Carry on Girls is the 25th Carry On film made but I'm afraid it's one of the duds in the franchise. Most of the main players are present but with one or two notable absentees, alas, it was the beginning of the end for what is still a much loved series. Wendy Richard's was quite attractive in them days but seeing her in a bikini just doesn't seem right. The idea of a beauty pageant at the end of a seaside pier shows how dated the story is but it still has that innocent innuendo that no longer exists.
