The films tag: 'Pure lust is eating the one you love' gave me the creeps right away and the film itself actually lives up to its promise. If you look beyond the films obviously low budget, you will find a creepy, disturbing and at times shocking underground horror film. Doctor Yuji Kotorida isn't your typical Hannibal Lector though, he is a very ordinary man with slightly different tastes. The real fear element here is that he's not alone. The scene where he eats his lover in front of her severed head is pure horror and is brilliantly conceived. Quite surprising and definitely worth seeking out if you're a horror fan and if you liked Ray Brady's 1994 film Boy Meets Girl. Is it wrong that I found myself hungry after watching this?
