It's hard to understand how or why The Howling franchise continued this long, I guess they still made money but surely even the hardcore had abandoned ship by now? It is terrible but to its credit it tries harder than I think the makers of the last two did. Some of the shots are quite good but even a slightly bigger budget couldn't help the dodgy story-line. A film involving Werewolves, Vampires and a Circus Freak show should have been much better than this. The werewolf still looks crap too.
